After having a baby, there are so many changes in your life, for many women, exercise doesn’t even get considered. But if you choose to make time for exercise, you will find the benefits far outweigh the costs. You’ll relieve your stress, feel alert, awake and find energy you didn’t know you had. You’ll be stronger for your every day activities, and be more confident and secure about yourself. If you don’t feel you know where to start, I would like to offer my experience and be the best trainer you can find. I’ve been into teaching fitness for most of my life in Peru, and I would not want to do anything else. My passion is to help women reach their goals by getting in shape. Don’t worry if you feel lost at the gym, because I’ll make you feel at home. The changes will not take place on just the outside - you’ll feel great on the inside too!
