My name is Amelia and I have been into fitness my entire life. I began training with my father in Peru when I was 12. I began teaching swimming at age 14, and I have been entering fitness competitions since I was 16 years old. I have been very fortunate in these competitions - in the first part of my career I won Miss Fitness Peru 9 times.
After having my son Brandon, I thought - will it be possible to compete again? Thanks to God, anything is possible! I was not only able to compete again, I won several competitions recently, including:

  • Figure Universe Champion 2009 (medium class), Miami, Fl.
  • Fitness America - Figure class B - Overall Winner
  • Top 5 Model America - World Championship Hollywood, CA
  • INBF(Figure National Champion) Overall Winner
  • And the most amazing title - Miss Bikini America - World Champion

My goal is to help everyone become more healthy and fit, and see immediate results. I will show you a way to get in shape that is easy to understand, and start a new lifestyle. To do this, I developed a unique workout program, which uses a belt, a workout bar, and a nutrition and exercise program. The belt is good for men, women and teens. It will help you lose water and weight, and it's also great for any back problem. It will even help improve your posture. This simple workout program helped me to get back in shape after my pregnancy. It's like a dream come true. Why not try? I love the belt, you will love it too!
